Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable.

Booking outside of hours of operation: if you are inquiring about booking an appointment earlier or later than our hours of operation, please email adoreabeautyco@gmail.com directly for a custom consultation. Additional fees will apply.

Cancellations:  If you should cancel the booking after securing the appointment with a deposit, the deposit is non-refundable. However, availability permitting, you may reschedule any booking to a date within 30 days of the original booking. If you have paid in full, your payment less of deposit is refundable only if canceled 3 months before your event. If you have paid in full and your rescheduled date falls outside of the 30-day window, an additional fee may be chargeable.

Lates: If you are not on time for your scheduled appointment a $10 fee will be added for every 10 minutes. (Example: scheduled appointment time is 12:00pm, arrival 12:12pm. Your additional late fee would be $20.)

Parking: Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to ensure you are on time. Keep in mind we are located in Yorkville, therefore parking may not always be available.

Mobile Services: Please inquire about our travel cost when confirming your booking. Mobile services are available and require custom consultation. Outside Greater Toronto addresses may vary depending on high-speed train services, taxis to carry equipment, and extra travel time spent. For a more accurate quote please inquire about our travel cost when confirming your booking by contacting us at adoreabeautyco@gmail.com. 

Travel: Outside Greater Toronto addresses may vary depending on high-speed train services, taxis to carry equipment, and extra travel time spent. For international bookings, please note the artist will require direct flights and 4* minimum accommodation to be compensated as well as return transportation between airport, hotel, and venue.
